Here are Orla’s tips on the right way to workout using an office chair.

Step 1. Sit on the edge of chair

Step 2. Cross arms

Step 3. Keep back straight

Step 4. Perform 20 repetitions

Step 5. Lift knees to chest

Step 6. Arms above head

Step 7. 20 Repetitions per leg

Step 8. Push down on chair

Step 9. Back straight and knees up

Step 10. Perform 20-30 repetitions
