Here are Orla’s tips on the right way to tone your arms at work.
Step 1. Keep feet shoulder width apart on the resistance band
Step 2. Keep your back straight and use a chair to guide squats
Step 3. Curl arms upwards towards your shoulders
Step 4. Repeat 20 times and aim to complete 3 sets
