Your new role
This company is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide an exceptional level of customer service following the order to invoice and contract life cycle. Reporting to the Team Leader, you will be responsible for the first point of contact for customers.
Your Responsibilities will include:
What you'll need to succeed
- Responding to customer inbound enquiries via phone and email.
- Order processing and tracking within SAP.
- Liaising with internal departments, including interstate branch offices and sales representatives
- Working to identify and resolve customer challenges, including root cause analysis and corrective actions
To be considered for this position, ideally your background and skills will comprise of the following:
What you'll get in return
- Experience in a Customer Service contact centre role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail whilst maintaining high levels of productivity and accuracy
- Experience in MS Office
- Experience in SAP (or other ERP systems) an advantage
- Experience in Salesforce (or other CRM systems) an advantage
What you need to do now
- Full Time hours, Mon - Fri
- Hours are flexible between 7am - 7pm
- Ongoing Temp Role
- Energetic team based environment
- Macquarie Park location
- Start ASAP
- Competitive hourly rate, $28 - $30p/h
