Davidson Cameron & Co is a highly successful division of the Ruralco Group which commenced in Quirindi, New South Wales, in 1982 and has subsequently expanded across northern New South Wales with offices in Coolah, Coonabarabran, Gunnedah, Inverell, Narrabri, Quirindi, Armidale, Guyra, Scone, Moree and Tamworth. The business provides real estate marketing and livestock agency services to rural customers within these regions. At DCC Real Estate we are currently offering a great opportunity for a proactive administration professional to work alongside our real estate team at Narrabri.
About the role: Reporting to the Branch Manager you will provide a professional service to our customers both face to face and over the telephone. This is a varied role which will focus on providing our team with real estate sales and property management support including property marketing, new vendor set-up, new and existing tenancies, coordinating property maintenance and all associated administration. Cost allocations related to real estate sales and property management will also form part of your varied responsibilities and so a high attention to detail and compliance are key. Priorities constantly change so multi-tasking and managing stakeholder expectations will play a key part in your success in this role.
About you: To be successful you will demonstrate previous administration experience with a proactive approach to learning new things. With exceptional customer service skills, you will have the ability to work independently but also contribute to the achievement of team goals. In addition, you will have high work standards, ethics and integrity and a professional approach to your daily tasks. Highly competent with MS Office you will have a focus on process improvement and it will be your positive attitude and initiative that will secure you this diverse and rewarding role.
