Our Sydney practice is hunting another LAB3 Sales/Client Engagement Executive to expand our presence across the market and make an impact towards the maturity and growth of our brand within the IT & Cloud sector. Coming from a background of articulating appropriate offerings based on customer environments, you will be an expert across Microsoft Technologies, the Azure Cloud, Infrastructure, Modern Workplace and how it all works together. Leveraging your network in this field, you will be able to work in a fast paced environment, manage leads, be eager, confident, articulate and that person who is willing to go above and beyond on your own as well as part of a driven team focusing on accelerating our workflows, engagements and active proposals.

Requirements

To see success in this role:

  • You will have sales & client engagement experience around Microsoft technologies, Azure Cloud (or AWS), IaaS, PaaS, DevOps, Digital Transformation, M365 & O365 suites, Enterprise Mobility and Security
  • You will have exposure working within IT environments, and know the advantages of understanding the magic behind selling Cloud Technologies, Services or Software.
  • You have experience in Sales or Service Delivery and are a gun at smashing sales targets as well as accelerating sales pipelines through closely liaising with stakeholders beyond the sales teams.
  • You can understand customer industry demands and know the best way to generate new business opportunities. You are able to identify client issues, effectively communicate our value proposition and accurately capture requirements, problem solve, and present our products as THE winning solution.
  • You have a technical foundation and are capable of understanding business transformation needs and can work with internal/external teams to develop a technology transformation road map.
  • You can demonstrate confidence through all means of interpersonal communication and can build and manage pipelines by working directly with customers to provide comprehensive product and industry insight.
  • You can grow beyond your pre-existing network of relationships and have the ability to leverage strong relationships at all levels. We want to see you drive strategy, solutions & technology offerings!
  • You are hungry to learn, develop and connect to our vision around empowering ambitious enterprises to drive greater business value, and introduce controlled, automated and scalable cloud technology. A successful track record in delivering business objectives is core!
  • You have a proven track record in maintaining and building relationships at Senior, Director & C-suite levels.
  • You can bring a network of relevant connections for LAB3 to leverage as a business.
  • You have the ability to listen intently to client issues, challenges and risks and to reflect those issues in business-oriented proposals.
  • You have that ability to roll up your sleeves to make things work whilst building the business pipelines. We want you to think outside the box to uncover business opportunities.
  • You are experienced in developing and delivering client-facing presentations to all levelled executives and uphold professional documentation and reporting skills.
