Busy Fit Out + Refurb builder looking for Contract Administrator to join their team on projects up to $5M

Your new company
This commercial construction company work across the fit out and refurb markets and are currently extremely busy. They deliver fitout, refurbishment and construction projects including aged care, education, clubs and hospitality, commercial, industrial, workplace, retail, student accommodation, social housing, hotels, government and multi-unit residential. Due to their growth they require an experienced Contract Administrator to work on a F+R project in Sydney's Inner West.

Your new role
• Work within an experienced commercial team
• Work closely with Project Managers and Subcontractors to help deliver the programme on time
• Administer claims, variations and process payments
• Ability to display strong previous references from direct managers
• $3mil fit out project

What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience working in the commercial space for at least 3 years
  • Experience as a QS or Contract Administrator for over 3 years
  • Strong budget management skills
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Projects start to finish is essential
