The Role

We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to support and lead our Darwin Grounds Maintenance services team.

Reporting to the General Manager, this unique role will see you provide leadership to a highly dedicated trades team and see you contribute to the successful and safe delivery of the branch’s operations. You will be responsible servicing our existing client base and establishing long term business relationships, managing sales, operations, compliance, people and scheduling to maximise Programmed Property Services customer satisfaction and profitability.

As the regions new Branch Manager, you will thrive on working as a team to capitalise on Property services operational success and support and unite the team towards a common goal. We are looking for a person who enjoys working in a diverse workplace, has a passion for business operations and genuinely cares about people and their development.

Skills and Experience

  • A successful track record in operational management, estimation & compliance
  • A good understanding of estimating and project management principles and activities
  • Creativity and initiative combined with a can-do attitude
  • The ability to work as part of a team, establish effective and productive relationships with clients, peers and subordinates
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, high numerical abilities and excellent presentation skills
  • A strong commitment to and understanding of quality and OH&S management systems
  • Previous experience in Irrigation, turf and garden maintenance would be well regarded although not essential
