Having successfully won various contracts for works across Melbourne, they are now seeking their next Office All-Rounder. Your new role
Supporting a team of 4 in the Melbourne office, your role as an Office All-Rounder will be reporting to both the Managing Director and Chief Financial Controller. Your day to day duties will include:
What you'll need to succeed
- PA Duties to Managing Director: managing appointments, inbox management, calendar management and ad hoc administration duties.
- Administration duties – invoicing, approving timesheets, liaising with subcontractors and suppliers, ordering of PPE equipment, etc.
- Accounts duties – basic accounts, assisting with payrolling of 4 staff and subcontractors, chasing timesheets, etc.
- Data entry into internal systems
Our client is seeking a candidate with minimum 2 years’ experience as an Office Administrator, preferably in the Construction or Trades industry. You will ideally have a thick skin, be able to handle direction and pressure with a high attention to detail. You will be able to manage tasks, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines. You will have experience working in a small office, with the desire to wear multiple hats at once.
