We are currently recruiting a Project Support Officer role to join our project team based in Armidale, NSW. The primary purpose of this role is to provide general site based administration support to the Project Manager, Project Team and Project Delivery Services. This includes supporting management, systems and administration of projects and programs to deliver successful outcomes.

About the role

  • Support key site based resources including Project Managers, Project Engineers, Construction Managers and HSE Advisors.
  • Maintaining key project information and records including plans, registers, training records, travel and roster registers, time sheets, Plant and Equipment data and records, weekly and monthly reports utilising Zinfra business systems and processes.
  • Provide effective and efficient management of Project records including Client and subcontractor documents, specifications, meeting minutes, plans and reports.
  • Organise, manage and receipt deliveries and shipments to and from site as required
  • Collaborate with the Fleet team to ensure any vehicles on site are serviced and compliant
  • Draft reports and documents as required by the Project Manager
  • Maintain the document management system to ensure easy access to key business unit documents
  • Organise amenities, stationery and maintain a well-functioning site office

About you

  • You will have a keen interest in working in an administrative role within the projects space
  • Demonstrated high level of computer literacy and competence in the use of the MS suite of software, particularly word and excel
  • SAP experience and knowledge will be highly regarded
  • Data input accuracy
  • Ability to plan work and organise, prioritising tasks and responding immediately to changing circumstances and demands.
  • Demonstrated success and experience in building and maintaining positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • An enthusiasm for learning and being developed on the job
