We’re working closely with one of the premium SI/Cloud/ITO providers whose solutions are embedded into the who’s who of Enterprise & Government, both locally and globally. Whether it’s Call Centre, Data centre, security, mobility, software asset management, networks, applications integration, managed services, infrastructure, BPO/ITO or almost any combination therein …aaS, not to mention a raft of new wave digital offerings for the times, our client can offer the full gamut of customer solutions required by the modern corporation, across the entire hardware/software/services stack. With such a massive install base and expanding programs of work (through COVID-19 and beyond!), they now wish to hire a Senior Genesys Lead to address their engagement with a major Enterprise customer.

You will provide professional technical support and field engineering services to this major Australian corporate, proactively identifying and resolving technical incidents and problems. You will undertake preemptive service incident and resolution activities, preform root cause analysis, restore services and see through to an effective resolution, all working within one of the most impressive Managed Services teams in the country. You will support delivery of projects for a range of clients in fact, displaying strong client engagement skills, utmost professionalism, adherence to TQM and a penchant for collaborative teamwork that sets you apart from the rest.

  • Several years of Genesys-centric PS/MS/solution architecture/Technical Consulting within complex Contact Centre landscapes;
  • A track record of success and reputation for delivering on tough, uncompromising, high stakes, Enterprise & Government projects from legacy systems to modern cloud environments;
