You will provide professional technical support and field engineering services to this major Australian corporate, proactively identifying and resolving technical incidents and problems. You will undertake preemptive service incident and resolution activities, preform root cause analysis, restore services and see through to an effective resolution, all working within one of the most impressive Managed Services teams in the country. You will support delivery of projects for a range of clients in fact, displaying strong client engagement skills, utmost professionalism, adherence to TQM and a penchant for collaborative teamwork that sets you apart from the rest.
