Australian Unity is experiencing a significant period of growth. To support client and business objectives, there is opportunities now available for full time Administration Assistants in our Southern Highlands, Goulburn and Queanbeyan area, within Home and Disability Services at Australian Unity.

You Opportunity

Working from our Goulburn Office, the primary objective of this role will be to provide a high level of administration support to our home care offices.

About you

  • 6 months (minimum) previous experience within an admin position
  • Proven experience managing a high volume of incoming client phone calls
  • Any industry experience will be acceptable on the basis you can demonstrate working in a fast-paced client focussed environment.
  • Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
  • Positive attitude, approachable nature and time management skills
  • Excellent written, verbal communication skills and high attention to detail
  • Flexible and adaptable to change
