An exciting opportunity currently exists for a Care Service Employee to join our casual pool at our Haberfield facility.

Successful applicants will also share a genuine desire to care and assist residents with a strong person centred care focus and will need to be able to demonstrate previous experience in a similar role:

  • Certificate III in Individual Support / Certificate III Aged Care or similar qualification essential;
  • Previous experience working within an aged care setting, minimum 2 years;
  • Previous experience with Autumn Care (desirable);
  • An ability to provide personal care that is consistent with the mission and philosophy of our organisation;
  • Ability to follow directives as per can plan;
  • An ability to work within a multidisciplinary team;
  • An understanding of Aged Care and resident rights and responsibilities;
  • Great time management, bedside and communication skills;
  • Strong English written and verbal communication skills.
