Group Manager - Central QLD
Ready for your next challenge or perhaps a change in scenery? An exciting opportunity for a Retail People Leader to take the next step in their retail journey is available now.
We are currently looking for a passionate retail people manager to join our team in Central QLD as a Group Manager for group 506. If successful, you will oversee 9 stores, located across Gladstone and Bundaberg. You will provide support to the zone and State teams to deliver the company and zone strategy by guiding, coaching, influencing and motivating a team of Store Managers and 1000 team members . You will be an integral part of implementing and creating a group strategy to ensure delivery of the company vision while identifying and developing talent to build a pipeline for the future within the wider zone.

Your Success Profile for this role:
There is a strong travel component for this role that will see you travel to stores within Central QLD. An ability to work alternate weekends is also required.
