As part of Toll Group's new growth strategy our procurement team is becoming a critical focus. We are embarking on a journey to streamline and centralise our global procurement function, this role will have significant impact on that change. Toll is incredibly diverse in it's functions and markets, this role may be involved in any category from direct, indirect, services, MRO or IT. As we expand across the globe our supplier relationships become even more critical in this role you will be acting as lead negotiator in some instances and support to other Category Managers in other cases.

The ideal candidate?
Advanced data analysis skills mixed with excllent communication and stakeholder management ability are critical for this role. Any exposure to supplier negotiation, category planning, end to end tender analyais and respose will be highly sought after. Commercially astute and strategic in approach you will have a successful track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
