We have an exciting opportunity for a Field Sales Account Manager to join our team in Tasmania (Hobart). Reporting into our State Sales Manager – VIC/TAS, who is in Victoria, this is an excellent leadership role that offers an opportunity to have a substantial impact on business growth through the management of state independent grocers, MSO and wholesales accounts, and to coach and develop a team of four Multi-Channel Territory Manager.
You’ll be an inspiring in-field coach who is energised by achieving through others. Your commercial acumen and in-depth understanding of your region will allow you to cascade business strategy into a regional strategy, and create new and innovative ways to create growth, engagement and capability in your area. You will bring knowledge of all FMCG channels, with strong negotiation and influencing capabilities.
