Reporting to the General Manager, you will lead, align and direct the Boddington business improvement program (Full Potential) to support the site€™s business goals and coordinate completion of the agreed improvement projects and initiatives. This involves influencing and working collaboratively with the Site Leadership Team to provide context, guidance, general counselling and advice for the line managers. In addition, you will support the delivery of policies and programs, monitoring and development of the site specific Full Potential program tracking.In This role You Will:
