Regis Port Stephens



Regis Port Stephens aged care facility boasts beautiful gardens, shady verandas and quiet living spaces which encourage companionship and relaxation, whilst long term resident goat Kath provide much entertainment and amusement.



Located in Corlette, near Port Stephens on Nelson Bay, Regis Port Stephens is a piece of paradise. A 15 minute walk takes you to Corlette Beach and we are within easy walking distance to Salamander shops.





About the role



We currently have a great opportunity for someone with strong administration skills to work at our Regis Port Stephen€™s facility on a full time basis, working Monday to Friday. The Office Coordinator position is a key role within the frontline management team within the facility.





Duties & Responsibilities



  • Various administrative tasks

  • Supporting staff rostering

  • Maintaining training records

  • Maintenance of staff personnel files



Skills & Experience



  • Forward-thinking ability

  • Reliability, and a well organised approach

  • Well developed interpersonal skills and multi-tasking capabilities

  • Microsoft office suite and competent with use of internal systems

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • Administrative experience within a fast-paced environment



Mandatory requirements for all candidates



  • Evidence that you have had the 2020 Flu Vaccination or willingness to complete this before employment can be offered*

  • Proof of the right to work lawfully in Australia

  • Valid National Police Check

* The Australian Government has advised that all residential aged care staff and visiting workers should be vaccinated by 1 May 2020. This includes both current and future Regis employees.
