Kerbside Concierge Officer

Positions are currently available at Mackay Airport.

It is essential that the successful candidate cares about keeping people safe on aircrafts and has a high level customer service that is accompanied by a can-do attitude. Minimum Criteria for the Kerbside Concierge role:

• Ability to successfully pass Drug and Alcohol screening and Medical assessments


• Ability to obtain an ASIC (Criminal history clearance)


• Hold an unrestricted Drivers Licence and have access to or own a reliable vehicle


• Availability to work on a 24/7 rotating roster

The Position:

• Providing consistent high level quality customer service


• Meeting and Greeting passenger / customers upon arrival and departure


• Efficiently and safely managing passenger and non-passenger flow front of house


• Manage vehicular movement


• Maintaining compliance with current legislation in all security and safety procedures


• Utilising excellent verbal and written communication skills
