Overview

  • Review our National Supply Chain Network and develop a Network Plan that will deliver efficiencies and improvements for our Customers
  • Manage the performance of our Supply Chain provider€™s against the agreed operational and commercial KPI€™s
  • Role based in Surry Hills with some occasional interstate travel expected

The Opportunity

Working in an agile and supportive team, time will be spent building relationships and creating stakeholder engagement, as well as:

  • Managing the development and delivery of a strategic Network Plan for the Endeavour Drinks
  • Delivering optimal commercial solutions through effective engagement strategies
  • Managing the commercial and legal implementation of contracts with service providers
  • Manage the performance of Endeavour Drinks€™ Supply Chain against the agreed operational and commercial KPI€™s against service level agreements
  • Quarterly Contract Reviews inclusive of financial, safety and operational performance
  • Drive continuous improvement throughout the contract term
  • Develop and lead Supply Chain knowledge within the Team

Who we€™re looking for

Our new Network and Contracts Manager will be driven and passionate, keen to get things done and able to make an impact in a fast-paced environment.

We€™re looking for a team player with:

  • At least 10 years experience in Supply Chain
  • Deep knowledge and understanding of contracts and commercial models within warehousing
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders
  • Strong and confident negotiator
  • Expertise in managing major operational contracts
  • Understanding of warehousing and how it interacts with sales and operational planning processes
  • Demonstrated experience in leading and delivering large sourcing projects
  • A lateral thinker with superior problem solving & analytical skills
  • Customer centric and always puts the customer at the heart of each decision
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage competing deadlines and priorities
  • Exposure to retail, FMCG or liquor industry preferred
