Seeking an experienced market leader to specialise in the A&F and Legal recruitment vertical.

About the role

  • Responsible for the vertical of Permanent recruitment and management services for Accounting & Finance and Legal
  • To develop new and existing client relationships through identification and provision of permanent recruitment and management services
  • Achieve expected levels of financial performance (perm gross margin) as per KPI's set
  • Providing clients with information on pricing, proposals and service delivery information
  • To understand the client and their industry be obtaining full detailed job briefs
  • Develop, present and deliver recruitment methodologies tailored to specific client needs
  • To proactively develop, gain and grow new and existing business through ensuring KPIs are met - i.e. MPA calls, Cold calls, Client Visits, Candidate interviews, Revenue Generation
  • To write and place effective job advertisements on appropriate media
  • To manage the end to end recruitment process of candidates through sourcing, screening, interviewing, shortlisting, testing, reference and background checking.
  • Providing clients and candidate with current information on market salaries and conditions
  • Actively promote all of Adecco's services including those of specialist brands

Profile

About You

  • Experienced in a Recruitment Consultant, Sales or similar role
  • Minimum of 2 years of exposure to the Accounting & Finance and/or Legal sector
  • Subject matter expert in the vertical of A&F and Legal
  • Ability to build rapport with varied stakeholders
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Natural flair for business development and networking
  • Highly resilient and self-motivated
