Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of customer service by processing orders, developing and maintaining customer relationships, whilst liaising closely with key stakeholders such as Sales, Operations and Supply Chain.

You will be an energetic, autonomous go-getter dedicated to maintaining strong business relationships and ensuring excellence in customer experience.
No two days will ever be the same in this team!

The key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Being the main point of contact for internal and external customers, processing orders and responding to enquiries via phone, email, database and website
  • Addressing new business leads and allocating to relevant parties accordingly
  • Grow existing account base, whilst identifying new business opportunities
  • Providing day to day administrative support to sales and operations teams
  • Complying with OHS&E policies and procedures
  • Building and maintaining strong internal and external supplier relationships

What you will bring to the team:

  • Experience in Customer Service, Internal Sales and/or Administration
  • Advanced computer literacy with experience in Excel and Word
  • Excellent time management, with the ability to prioritise and deliver in a fast paced environment
  • High levels of attention to detail and a passion for streamlining and enhancing efficiencies
