Due to COVID-19 changing the way work is conducted, as the Employee Relations (ER) Advisor you will be involved in the progression and maturing of the integrated business model to actively engage with staff and the union to ensure that the model supports the department's staff and the business.
You will be seen as the trusted advisor on all ER matters for a period of 6 months on a part time basis, however this may increase to full time during certain stages of the project.
As the ER expert you will support the division and the workforce transformation team to deliver key projects.

You will be a confident, driven and solutions-focused ER/IR expert with demonstrated experience in driving change in highly unionised workplaces.
You'll have proven experience within a unionised workplace with a medium to large workforce. Your in-depth knowledge of contemporary HR practices and employee relations matters in a unionised environment will take you far in this role.
You'll have excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
You'll also have tertiary qualifications in industrial relations, human resources or a related field.
$80 - $100/hr + Super.
