About The Role

We are seeking applications from an enthusiastic person for a generalised reception & admin role located in Bendigo. This role will include reception, customer service, appointment booking, data entry, document management and basic marketing (social media management and marketing material collation). This a full time permanent role and the successful person will be joining a successful and supportive team.

Skills/ Experience

  • Previous experience in administration, reception or customer service.
  • Previous experiance from the Building & Construction industry would be highly regarded.
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft suite.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Be a self-starter and have the ability to learn quickly.
  • Confident, friendly and customer focused personality.
  • Possess a high level of attention to detail.
  • Be professionally presented.
