An extremely rare opportunity has now become available for a switched-on Sales Assistant to support a high-volume, high performing Sales Agent in their Inner West office. This is a pure admin role that will see you owning the sales and marketing support function to keep this Agent on track and continuing to smashing results.

The Position

In the role of Sales Assistant, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Diary management, appointment booking and email management
  • Attend photoshoots and appointments with external suppliers
  • Prepare listing presentations, reports and other documents
  • Generate content for social media channels and manage accounts
  • Oversee the exchange to settlement period
  • Database management and updating client records
  • Assist the Sales Agent at open homes as required

The Person

The ideal candidate for the role of Sales Assistant will have:

  • A strong background in real estate sales support, administration or marketing roles
  • Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
  • Highly adaptable, resilient and full of initiative and ideas
  • Flawless communication, customer service and organisational skills essential
  • You will have a keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask effortlessly
  • Impeccable personal presentation and a professional approach
  • Valid Driver's Licence and a reliable vehicle
