Looking for someone passionate about a career in Real Estate - a mix of 70% admin and 30% client management with no sales calls

We are looking for a high energy and confident candidate who can work well under pressure to join our Sales Team as a Sales Assistant. This is a full time position working within a very fast paced environment. This role is supporting one of our successful Agents; an elite opportunity for someone who wants a bright future in real estate.

Highland Property Group is Sutherland Shire's most highly respected, innovative and award winning real estate agency. Established since 2007 with just 6 team members, we now have 120 staff and 3 thriving offices based in Cronulla, Sutherland and Taren Point.

Our office is full of positive energy, proactive and career driven staff that support each other. We are very big on reward, acknowledgement and social events to build team moral and bonding.

Duties include, but not limited to:
  • No sales cold calling - admin and client management only
  • Management of all administrative tasks within the sales team
  • Meeting and exceeding daily and weekly deadlines
  • Assisting with open homes
  • Assisting with listing presentations
  • Attending and assisting with onsite and inhouse auctions
  • Follow up calls from the inspections
  • Coordinating the marketing and photoshoots
  • Working alongside a Senior Agent within Highland Property Agents – mentorship opportunity
  • Attending sales training, sales meetings and company events
  • Data management, creating templates, improving processes
  • General client management - relationship calls to nurture clients
  • Working on Saturdays, whilst attaining a mid week RDO

In order to be successful in this role, you will need:
  • Previous real estate experience is preferable
  • Exceptional organisation and prioritising skills
  • Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Must work well under pressure
  • Needs patience and enthusiasm to succeed within this role
  • Strong confidence – assertive yet professional and friendly
  • Must have strong attention to detail
  • Happy to manage lengthy admin and data entry duties
  • Strong follow up skills
  • The ability to thrive within a professional and fast paced environment
  • Must be presentable
  • Must have Certificate of Registration (legal industry requirement)
