We are a professional services business that provides high-level consulting services to Australia’s water, coastal and environmental sectors. We operate nationally with our head office located in the south east suburbs of Melbourne. The role on offer….

In order to continue providing the highest levels of support to our technical team we are seeking an experienced business support partner to undertake a wide range of administration functions.

The role involves:

  • Assisting the Melbourne technical team with high level admin support including setting up new project files, assisting with proposals, keeping project teams on track to meet deadlines and reviewing final reports for QA
  • Helping (read: bossing) project teams to complete tasks and projects.
  • Undertaking a range of general administration functions such as travel arrangements, meeting and event organisation and office maintenance
  • Answer phone calls, direct messages, greet and direct visitors
  • Assist the finance department with set up and follow up of project invoicing and other finance functions
  • Assist with special projects and assist implementing company initiatives

A bit about you….

  • You’ll describe yourself as a mature, experienced admin whiz who loves to support a professional team
  • You’re savvy enough to understand that this role involves learning to prioritise and manage competing priorities and juggling tight deadlines and demands (corral people to do what you need them to do)
  • You rate your verbal and written communication skills as highly professional
  • You’re tech savvy, have excellent computer skills and you’re able to pick up new systems and software quickly
  • You have experience in a professional services environment
  • You’re diligent, you care about doing a great job and want to contribute to a fantastic team of well-respected industry experts
