Fantastic opportunity for an experienced Contact Centre Manager with strong process improvement and team leadership experience to join a market leading Logistics company located in the Sydney CBD.

Client Details

Our client is a rapid-growing Logistics business with an iconic brand name and excellent corporate culture. Due to business opportunities and growth, they are seeking a capable Contact Centre Manager to lead, train and coach the customer service team in line with company strategy.


Your role will report to the Managing Director, with accountabilities including but not limited to:

  • Lead a team of customer service representatives
  • Report on daily, weekly and monthly key performance indicators, highlighting opportunities, trends and ways to improve service and customer satisfaction
  • Monitor and motivate the team's performance effectively
  • Monitor and suggest ways of improving the level of customer service to senior management
  • Suggest and assist in the implementation of customer service policies and procedures for best practice
  • Design, lead and implement training and coaching practices to drive individuals and the team
  • Ad-hoc duties, where necessary


The ideal candidates will have:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role, within Logistics, Freight or Aviation, preferred
  • Driven, hands-on and take a 'lead from the front' mentality
  • Experience in leading and managing a Call/Contact Centre
  • Maintain a solution focused approach and optimum customer-centric attitude
  • Ability to operate effectively within a team and in driving team members' performance
  • A resilient nature with an assertive approach
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
