About the Department
CARE (Community Arthritis Rehabilitation and Evaluation) is a Department of Health and Human Services funded project that aims to reduce inappropriate referrals to specialist clinics and improve access to high quality, evidence-based, multi-faceted care for people living with osteoarthritis (OA) .
Based at the Community Rehabilitation Centre at St George's Health Service, Kew, you will work closely with the CARE Project team to drive the development and implemention of this new model of care.
About the Role
An opportunity currently exists for an experienced Dietitian to join the project team in the
development of a community osteoarthritis (OA) specialist clinic and to facilitate an evidence based and sustainable model of care for patients with knee or hip OA. The successful applicant will be responsible for contributing to the development and implementation of a new model of care as well as providing high quality, dietetic management for patients with OA. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic dietitian to join a cohesive and progressive integrated team, committed to excellence in clinical practice, research and professional development.
Classifications for this position will range from Dietitian Grade 2 AJ1 - AJ4 ($87,200 - $98,200 per annum).
