About the role

The ideal candidate would be an experienced WordPress web developer who has strong design and technical skills, is a keen problem solver, and extremely self-motivated. Experience building (e-commerce website experience is a bonus!)

Skills and experience:

  • Excellent time management, coordination, accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A fundamental understanding of web design
  • Experience with E-commerce systems, integrations and payment gateways
  • As sound knowledge of web development best practices
  • A broad understanding of Search Engine Optimisation
  • High attention to detail

The following are essential for this role:

  • 2 Years+ Web/UI development experience
  • WordPress, MYSQL; HTML; CSS; JavaScript;; JSON/XML; AJAX; SOAP; RESTful APIs; GraphQL; etc.
  • Working across all desktop, smartphone and tablet platforms (iOS, Android, Windows Phone, Chrome, Firefox, Safari & IE)
  • Bug fixing and data interrogation of customer issues
