We are excited to be bringing to market the opportunity to join our workforce planning team as our Workforce Planning Systems Lead.

About the position

  • Our WFP Systems Lead will oversee the operation of the Rostering, Time and Attendance platform and ensure that is being utilised effectively and fit for purpose
  • You will support our rostering managers in delivery of optimised and compliant workforce plans
  • Manage stakeholder relationships across the organisation as well as our external relationships with vendor, support, and managed services
  • Your key areas of focus will include RTA System, Compliance, Optimisation, Vendor Management, Data and Reporting and Capability Development

To excel in this role

  • You will come from a similar background in workforce planning where you have taken ownership of the management and optimisation of workforce planning and rostering, time and attendance systems
  • You have strong knowledge of productivity systems, labour drivers and standards and configurations within a workforce planning system
  • You have demonstrated experience in people leadership and understand how to develop capability within your team
  • You are adept at managing a range of both internal and external stakeholder relations including collaboration with and reporting into the Senior Leadership team
