Service Manager/ Centre Director

We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company in The Public Sector.

  • To coordinate and maintain all service information and ensure that record systems are up to date, in accordance with regulatory compliance, are easily accessible to management and are kept private and confidential from all other parties
  • Ensure that statutory and organizational requirements are met and current, including, but not limited to attendance sheets, allowable absences, childcare usage reports, child care benefits, receipts and enrollment information
  • Ensure that all procedures, including weekly reports, debt management and service purchasing (within agreed approval limits) are maintained and provided within the required time frames
  • Ensure that all subsidies and other funding are kept up to date and submitted on time for prompt payments
  • Ensure that equipment is used, maintained and monitored appropriately and an up to date inventory of furniture, fittings and equipment is available
  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care and or Early childhood teaching degree
  • Current Working with Children Card;
  • Good knowledge of the Early Years Learning and National Quality Framework including experience with the Assessment and Rating process
  • National Police Check
