Reporting into the General Counsel and Company Secretary, the successful applicant is to provide advice and assistance to key stakeholders in developing, implementing and sustaining operational risk and business resilience strategies and programs throughout GPC's network of operations. In addition, you will be responsible for management of the internal audit program including development of the audit plan, engagement of auditors, audit scopes, facilitate the conduct of audits, and management of reporting and corrective actions.
In doing so you will ensure that strategic and business risks are identified and appropriately managed. You will also assist the business leaders and team members in coaching and developing skills to undertake their responsibility for risk management. These tasks need to be undertaken in a manner which is consistent with broader operational, risk management and corporate governance frameworks.
