The opportunity

The Content Producer is a key team member in the Marketing team who are responsible for developing and delivering the content strategy for each university partner. The Content Producer creates, publishes, and manages content for various audiences, purposes and platforms.


This will be achieved by

  • Creation of content pieces (blog, social media, eDM, website copy, brochures, etc)
  • Providing editorial oversight of all content pieces
  • Publication, distribution and management of content on partner websites and social channels
  • Briefing and project management of outsourced content pieces (video, website content, white papers, etc)
  • Contribution to content strategies through competitor and audience research, as well as creative ideation
  • Collaborating closely with many internal and external stakeholders
  • Monitoring and reporting on content performance

Success in this role comes down to a few key elements

  • 3+ years’ demonstrated experience in Social Media management / Content Production / Marketing Project Management / Copywriting
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Journalism, PR or Communications (desirable)
  • Proficient management of a range of social media platforms
  • Experience using various CMS
  • Working knowledge of and experience in using Google Analytics, Facebook and LinkedIn Insights
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing terms and content performance metrics
  • An understanding of the higher education sector (preferred)
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to manage conflicting priorities and multiple tasks
