We are looking for a Team Manager to join one of our highly successful progressive teams. This role requires someone who possesses demonstrated leadership skills who can really drive the business plan strategy for Taylor and his team. You will be responsible for providing quality customer service to clients, driving the marketing and social media strategy, as well as managing the team’s budget, and providing administration assistance on a daily basis.

There are so many exciting things happening at Harris. Within our fast paced and innovative environment, on any given day, you will be…

  • Operational management of the sales team they work in
  • Keeping the sales agents accountable to their targets, and management of the business plan
  • Customer service / client management
  • Management and organisation of listings, sales and property marketing for each property their sales agent lists and sells
  • Coordinate agent marketing and property for all agents in the team

WHAT YOU WILL BRING…

There are a few things that you will need to demonstrate to be set up for success in this role. We are a rapidly growing business with a big vision, so we need highly adaptable and entrepreneurial team players. We would love to meet you if you have:

  • Demonstrated customer service experience
  • Relevant experience in real estate administration
  • Confident and professional in communications, particularly via phone
  • Strong and demonstrated leadership and managerial skills
  • Strong administration and organisation skills
  • Skills in social media
  • Strong attention to detail
