Reporting to our Service Delivery Manager, our Service Desk Officers provide our clients with Level 1 and 2 Support across a broad range of products and services. The selected candidate will be proactive, self-motivated, results-driven, customer-focused and possess the ability to adapt to the forever changing IT industry.
You'll be on the front line of the business and provide exceptional customer service and ensure timely response and resolution of any issues that pass through our support function.
