As our new Internal Sales Representative, you will contribute to the success of Austube Mills by developing and maintaining relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and make ATM the supplier of choice. Reporting to the Internal Sales Manager, this role is responsible for managing orders and customer requests predominately through phone, email and EDI. This role involves liaison across the broader business and is critical to ensuring customer requirements are met or exceeded. The role also involves ensuring non-prime and surplus products are sold to boost cash and profit recover input costs as well as maximize warehouse space in the business.

Our ideal candidate will have a sales background in an industry related to steel products and have a high level of attention to detail.
