Right now, at Quinn & Co. Eyecare we're looking for a polished, adaptable and unflappable individual to join our team as a Receptionist/Office Administrator. Who are you? Well, if people describe you as:

If you've also had 2+ years of experience in this kind of environment, that's even better!

The gig?

Quite simply, you'll be the first point-of-contact, both over the phone and from visitors (we call them patients) to the store (we call it a 'practice'), booking and confirming appointments; preparing appointment reminder letters. You'll be responding to all sorts of enquiries and ensuring they're resolved. It'll see you notifying patients that their orders are ready, chasing up outstanding accounts receivable and processing Medicare claims. You'll be 'wrangling' our Optical Dispensers and Optometrist from time-to-time, helping with their admin and making sure they've followed through on the things they're responsible for.

It's a fast-paced role, with a wide range of administrative duties, customer service and exacting deadlines. If you're someone who thrives on busy-busy you'll love it here!
