We are seeking vibrant and hardworking individuals to join our Insightful Eye Care family. Full time and part time roles available at our Swan St Eye Centre practice.

With a carefully curated selection of luxury, fast fashion and classic eyewear brands, Swan St Eye Centre is part of the independent group of optometry practices, Insightful Eye Care catering to an intergenerational clientele of patients.

THE ROLE

As an Optical Sales Assistant / Dispenser you will demonstrate your excellent customer service skills and knowledge with the assistance of the latest technology in the industry. You will join a high performing, cohesive and supportive team and will be involved in the patient customer journey where you will:

• Identify patient needs and requirements and provide personalised solutions for our patients
• Contribute to an exceptional customer journey with the ability to build rapport and strong relationships with patients
• Provide frame styling and fashion advice
• Support the team to achieve strong sales results

We are looking for individuals with the following attributes:

• Optical experience highly desirable but not essential
• Strong communication and computer skills
• Proven track record in retail or sales
• Takes initiative and is a fast learner
• Availability to work Saturdays
