Commercial Cookery – Certificate III – any year level Apprentice Apprenticeship details: Sarina Russo Apprenticeships has a client in Kirrabilli who due to business needs, are looking for an Apprentice Chef to join their team.
As an apprentice Chef you will use food preparation equipment, baking, produce dishes using various Cooking methods, use hygienic practices for food safety and help to plan and design basic menus. You will also work towards completing a national recognised qualification in Certificate III Commercial Cookery.
To be considered for this vacancy you must be keen and reliable and have a great work ethic. Must be keen to learn and drive forward with positivity. You will need to be keen and have a passion for Commercial Cooking. Hours will be rostered between 9am and 10pm Monday to Friday. Juniors are encouraged to apply.
