ABOUT THE ROLE:

You will lead by example as you are pivotal to our culture, team, performance and work ethics. We value long-lasting customer relationship and as such, your responsibilities and duties will include and will not be limited to:

• Providing exceptional customer service and building long-lasting customer relationships
• Supporting and leading team members in achieving weekly/monthly targets and building a strong high performing team
• Developing, training and motivating a team for progression whilst providing support to our Optometrist.
• Creating and maintaining a supportive team environment across the store
• Ensuring the store is operational at all times
• Identifying any potential gaps and lead the change to bettering OW

YOU WILL HAVE:

• Minimum 2 years experience management experience in Optical Retail industry
• Optical Dispensing Cert IV is highly desirable
• Ability to influence, network, negotiate, counsel and mediate
• Excellent communicator (both written and verbal)
