PERSOLKELLY are recruiting an experienced Business Development Manager for our National Client based in Brisbane. Our client is a growing business in Commercial Vehicle Repairs including light and heavy trucks through to earthmoving and mining equipment with over 8 locations throughout Australia and growing.
The Role -
As a Business Development Manager works closely with the National Sales Manager, and Branch Manager to grow and provide excellence service to our existing and future client base including estimation and quoting. You will build strong professionals relationships with Insurance Providers and Clients with personal service for quality repairs and fast and quality repairs.
Key Responsibilities -
* Building relationships with potential clients including Insurance Companies and Clients
* Lead generation and management to set up meeting opportunities
* Negotiating business contracts
* Winning new business and account management with existing business
* Complete client proposals and presentations as required
* Conducting regular visits and calls to an existing client
The successful candidate will have the following skills and attributes
* Sound knowledge and working network within trucks and heavy vehicle repairs advantageous if experienced across one or more in earthmoving, mining, marine, and aviation
* Vehicle or Truck Repair experience advantageous
* Proven track record in consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets
* Strong computer skills
* Proven track record of providing a consistently high level of customer service
* Current Driver's License
* Experience with Salesforce would be highly desirable
* Strong negotiation skills and a passion for effective problem solving
* Ability to develop positive, constructive and forward-thinking working relationships
* A Hunter sales mentality with an ability to cold call multiple opportunities on a daily basis
