The Role

Fleet Service Advisor for a major dealer in Mackay. You'll be working closely with a customer base that will consist of clientele from a variety of industries - mining, emergency and law-based services to list a few.

• Fast paced role
• Customer facing in addition to dealing with leasing companies
• Provide prompt & efficient service in a professional manner
• Action invoices, quotes, ordering of parts
• Process documentation as required ensuring specific processes are followed to ensure smooth transaction/payment of repairs
• Maintain constant communication with the customer advising of the vehicle's status
• Servicing 100+ vehicles per day

• 20+ years of servicing residents of the Mackay region

• Large Service Department consisting of around 10 front office staff
• Two sites - Sales, Service
