Compliance Auditor

• Compliance Auditor with building/residential/construction experience.
• The role requires travel for 80% of the time across NSW state including overnight stays in regional locations
• 5 months ongoing (extendable) part-time contract role in Parramatta

PERSOLKELLY has recently partnered with a Government business, which is looking for a Compliance Auditor to work in a large team, closely work with Compliance Audit Team Leader, other Compliance Auditors as well as Project Managers.

The Compliance Auditor(s) will be responsible for conducting and managing quality assurance audits on the cyclical Asset compliance programs: Fire Safety Program, Property Assessment Survey (PAS) Program, Detailed Property Assessment Surveys (DPAS) Program, and Change of Use (COU) program.

As part of your new role, you will be:

• Provide and undertake audit services, advice, information, and solutions to a range of stakeholders on technical issues, standards, policies, and compliance requirements
• Maintain a working knowledge of the various compliance programs and functional awareness of the standards, systems, approaches, requirements, and stakeholders associated with each.
• Participate in collaborative team discussions to provide advice and feedback on audit outcomes, solutions, and levels of compliance relative to the programs delivered and as requested by the manager(s).
• Provide advice, specialist support, analysis, issues/complaints escalation, and process awareness to new suppliers, contractors, consultants, and panel suppliers as required to ensure client satisfaction,

• Qualification in Engineering, Architectural, Building Surveying, Project/Business Management or related
• Take reasonable care for your own health and safety at all times and not adversely affect the health and safety of other people
• Comply with any reasonable instruction and cooperate with any reasonable health and safety policy or procedure
• Report workplace hazards
• Complete WHS induction training
• Report all workplace hazards, incidents, and near misses
• Participate in the WHS consultative process
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Holds Valid NSW drivers Licence
