As a Lead Front End Engineer in our Experience Consulting - Technology team your impact will be seen by:

• Successful outcomes delivered to user and employee experiences as a specialist and leader in front end engineering, for example the realisation of creative design into web and mobile applications
• Expert implementation of open source frameworks and presentation technologies such as React and CSS combined with the integration to back-end services and content management systems where required
• Creating well-informed front end architectures and solution designs including on cloud
• Building up reusable design systems and components
• Being a team leader and mentor for a front end developer community
• Fostering research and education into the latest front end technology trends and best practices
• Taking responsibility for Quality Assurance across a front end developer community including the testing such as Jest, Enzyme, React Testing Library, and also DevOps

About you
You have a background in web application development and are skilled in using React with excellent coding skills and an unwavering commitment to quality and hold an understanding of agile development methodologies.
