Reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager this role will see you working within a team and your responsibilities will include however not limit you to;
Data entry of expense invoices
Production of EFT payment files
Completing supplier credit applications
Supplier liaison and query resolution
Review of supplier statements
Review of employee expenses
Enter expenses to financial systems
Reimbursement of expenses
To be the successful candidate you will have solid previous experience in Accounts Payable with some inventory background. Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and a customer focus are essential to your success in this role. This position will suit someone who wants to move into a stable team environment and establish themselves long term with a business.
