Your new role
This is a key role within the business where you will have a direct influence on the success and profitability of around 15 retail stores. You will work closely with the store managers to understand their challenges and opportunities to grow and ensure the company’s standards and processes are consistent throughout each region. You will use your expertise to implement safety plans, drive the training and development of the company staff and ensure the stores have the tools required to maximise sales and reach maximum profitability and business growth. A key element of this role is being visible and accessible to the store managers and supply partners.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a relationship-focused individual with a solid level of understanding of the agriculture industry and relevant products. You are able to provide suitable solutions to the challenges faced by the branch managers from your previous experience in a similar role. As upholding the strict safety standards is a priority, your proactive attitude to implementing safety plans is essential, as is your commercial acumen and ability to increase revenue.
