The Disability Coordinator will lead and coordinate the support services offered to NDIS eligible participants and disability clients in a remote location. This will also include the coordination of case management and brokerage services.
To work with the Training Coordinator to co facilitate the Training of a capable workforce and to ensure the recruitment and onboarding process is undertaken in a timely manner and meets quality practices.
The Disability Coordinator is responsible for the provision of high quality services to NDIS participants. Additionally, the position is required to contribute to Community Programs, the leadership team, to establish and maintain strong collaborative relationships with NDIA and the Local Area Coordinator, be abreast of latest developments within the NDIS field and work closely with staff, EMG with coordination of employment.
