Our client is a large organisation with a well-established, commercial brand. They are seeking a Payroll Specialist with demonstrated experience in identifying and implementing efficiencies in payroll processing and systems. This is a permanent fulltime position based on the Sunshine Coast. Ensure the operational aspects of payroll processing and associated activities, overpayment recovery, leave management and reporting are accurate and delivered within appropriate timeframes
Assist the Payroll Team to ensure the business meets its taxation, superannuation and other legislative and statutory obligations through processing and preparation of returns, related reports, forms and other documentation as requested
Contribute to identifying efficiencies in payroll processing and systems, highlighting risks and proposing risk mitigation strategies as they are identified
Multiple complex and non-complex payroll related project activities
