Your new role
With a salary of circa 120K + Super, the successful candidate will be an experienced client relationship manager and consultant, with a background of communications strategy, operations, innovation, team leadership and supporting new business development. A key figure in the growth and development of the business.

What you'll need to succeed
The ability to lead and mentor with best practices a successful team driving effectiveness and progression.
With a high level of communication; Be the one-stop-shop for your clients and internal teams
Manage team resources and performance.
Be at the forefront of decision making and planning to achieve business targets.
Experience in presenting strategy and leadership pieces to both external and internal parties.
