About the Role
An opportunity currently exists for an experienced Business Analyst to join the Group Technology division of BOQ. This role will be part of the Digital team working on projects, continuous improvement and platform maintenance initiatives for the BOQ Specialist group.
The purpose of this role is to work with business stakeholders on opportunities to continuously improve our digital services by focusing on business and customer outcomes. This is achieved by understanding where the business is today (the current state), where they wish to go (the future state) before determining the gaps that identify the end to end business requirements.
The successful candidate will provide support and leadership to Project Managers, BA peers and Project Team Members working within the Digital Team. They will be accountable for ensuring consistency, high quality and timely delivery of all business analysis and business design planning, activities and artefacts across all projects within the team.
